CROSS TRAINING
Minute-interval cardio and weight training. This class is an all-around muscle-hitting group that will get your heart racing. (Location at RTBA Classroom Facility). Class included with membership!

Spin
Moderate to high intensity cardio training using spin bikes. (Location at RTBA Classroom Facility). Class included with membership!

Women’s Stretch
Light to moderate stretches that focus on the upper body and lower body. Great for overall stretching/movement and loosening up those tight muscles. (Location at RTBA Classroom Facility). Class included with membership!

senior fitness
Purposeful movement class for simple, everyday tasks. (Location at RTBA Classroom Facility). Class included with membership!

Suspension Bands/Step
Body weight exercises using suspension bands. Upper and lower body workouts with a cardio section at the end using step platforms. (Location at RTBA Classroom Facility). Class included with membership!

Our Classroom Facility!
Big changes have come to Right to Bare Arms! Our gym has its own adequate, open classroom space. We understand that classes are important to a gym, so we hope you will enjoy it! With that said, all RTBA classes are included with the membership. However, if you’re NOT an RTBA member but still want to participate, we offer drop-ins for our classes for $5.00 ($40.00 if you want the whole month). Also… we are taking inquiries from any instructor in the Bitterroot Valley!
